Allah ist der eine wahre Gott: der Schöpfer, Versorger und Herr aller Dinge.
Er ist nicht Teil der Schöpfung, nichts ist Ihm gleich, und Er allein verdient Anbetung.
Genau dazu riefen alle Propheten auf: Allah allein zu dienen und Ihm nichts beizugesellen. Allah is the one true God: the Creator, Provider and Lord of all things.
He is not part of creation, nothing is like Him, and He alone deserves worship.
This is what all prophets called to: worshipping Allah alone without associating partners with Him.

Kurz gesagt: Tawhid bedeutet, Allah in Herrschaft, Anbetung, Namen und Eigenschaften als einzig anzuerkennen. In short: Tawhid means singling out Allah in lordship, worship, names and attributes.

Islam is not merely culture or background; it is belief, worship and a way of life based on the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah.

Man wird Muslim, indem man das Glaubensbekenntnis aufrichtig annimmt und ausspricht:
Aschhadu an la ilaha illa-llah wa aschhadu anna Muhammadan rasulu-llah.

Das bedeutet: Niemand wird zu Recht angebetet außer Allah, und Muhammad ist der Gesandte Allahs.
Wichtig ist, die Bedeutung zu verstehen, sie ehrlich zu akzeptieren und Allah allein dienen zu wollen. A person becomes Muslim by sincerely accepting and saying the testimony of faith:
Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasul Allah.

It means: none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
What matters is understanding its meaning, accepting it sincerely, and wanting to worship Allah alone.

Die Schahada braucht Wissen, Gewissheit, Annahme, Hingabe, Wahrhaftigkeit, Aufrichtigkeit und Liebe. The shahadah requires knowledge, certainty, acceptance, submission, truthfulness, sincerity and love.

Tawhid ist die Grundlage des Islam: Allah allein ist der Herr, Allah allein wird angebetet, und Allah hat vollkommene Namen und Eigenschaften.
Ohne Tawhid versteht man den Kern des Islam nicht. Deshalb beginnt Da'wah mit dem Aufruf zu Allah allein. Tawhid is the foundation of Islam: Allah alone is the Lord, Allah alone is worshipped, and Allah has perfect names and attributes.
Without tawhid, the core of Islam is not understood. That is why da'wah begins with calling to Allah alone.

Bei der Einladung zum Islam wird zuerst Allahs Einzigkeit erklärt: Herrschaft, Anbetung, Namen und Eigenschaften. When inviting to Islam, Allah's oneness is explained first: lordship, worship, names and attributes.

Muslime glauben, dass 'Isa ibn Maryam, Jesus, Friede sei mit ihm, ein edler Gesandter Allahs ist.
Er ist nicht Gott und nicht Gottes Sohn. Allah sandte ihn zu den Kindern Israels, damit sie Allah allein anbeten.
Muslime lieben Jesus, respektieren ihn und glauben an seine Rückkehr am Ende der Zeit. Muslims believe that 'Isa ibn Maryam, Jesus, peace be upon him, is a noble messenger of Allah.
He is not God and not the son of God. Allah sent him to the Children of Israel so they would worship Allah alone.
Muslims love Jesus, respect him and believe in his return near the end of time.

Kein Mensch ist frei von Fehlern. Im Islam bleibt die Tür zur Reue offen, solange der Mensch lebt und aufrichtig zu Allah zurückkehrt.
Zur Tawbah gehört: die Sünde verlassen, sie bereuen, fest vornehmen nicht zurückzukehren und Rechte anderer Menschen wiedergutmachen. No person is free from mistakes. In Islam, the door of repentance remains open as long as a person is alive and sincerely returns to Allah.
Tawbah includes leaving the sin, regretting it, resolving not to return to it, and restoring people's rights where needed.

Man darf nicht an Allahs Barmherzigkeit verzweifeln, sondern soll ehrlich bereuen und neu anfangen. A person should not despair of Allah's mercy, but repent sincerely and start again.
